NeoCargo celebrates successful go-live
The NeoCargo AG team recently celebrated the go-live of its platform.
A first milestone has been reached: our networking platform is live. It was developed in close cooperation with medium-sized freight forwarders and providers of transport management systems (TMS). With the industry solution, freight can be outsourced and status transmitted with just a few clicks. Our second round of financing is currently underway, in which companies from the logistics sector can participate. More than 30 freight forwarders have already invested in NeoCargo AG.
"With the go-live of our platform, we have taken a big step towards the digitalisation of SMEs. We have been able to gather valuable insights with our partner companies and are pleased that our solution is now available to the entire industry," says co-founder and board member Larissa Eger. Our solution focuses on the needs of medium-sized forwarding companies and networks them with each other. This allows order data to be exchanged digitally. With the live launch, the first companies are working with the independent and digital networking platform.
We are currently expanding the solution in cooperation with TMS providers. "We are in close consultation with our users, as usability is enormously important to us. We develop exactly what the freight forwarders need and what creates added value for our partners," says Eger. For example, carriers as well as freight forwarders who work without a TMS are connected to the NeoCargo platform.

That's why we invested in NeoCargo AG as a pilot partner."
Michael Craiss, Managing Director of Craiss Generation Logistik GmbH & Co. KG, says: "Fast information exchange, high supply chain transparency and daily updated availabilities - all digitally mapped - make NeoCargo a potent digital forwarding service provider. Craiss Generation Logistik wants to be a part of it."
The second round of financing for NeoCargo AG is still running until 15 November. During this time, companies from the industry once again have the opportunity to invest in our start-up. The special feature is the ownership structure: as many logistics companies as possible can participate with a share and thus make up the majority of the owners. This ensures that the solution always remains independent and committed to the industry.
